診療の予約をする

「診療の予約はこちら」のボタンを押し、初診の方は「お名前」「ご住所」などをご登録していただき、予約専用フォームから予約をお願いします。
Press the button "Click here for medical treatment", and for the first visit, please register "Name" and "Address", and make a reservation from the reservation dedicated form.

受診
Consultation
診療時に詳しい症状のご説明をお願いします。
Please explain the detailed symptoms at the time of medical treatment.
STEP.3
治療薬のお届け
Delivery of treatment drugs
診療後、ご登録いただいた住所にお薬をお届けいたします。
After the consultation, we will deliver the medicine to the registered address.

治療

お届けしたお薬を服用してください。
Please take the delivered medicine.
- 受診頂いた結果、オンライン診療で診断が確定できない可能性もございます（血液検査などが診断に必要だと判断される場合など）。
- ハイリスク薬と考えられる薬剤を処方することはできません。
- As a result of the consultation, there is a possibility that the diagnosis may not be confirmed by online medical treatment (for example, when blood tests are required for diagnosis).
- It is not possible to prescribe drugs that are considered to be high -risk drugs.
